Managing Director
With a background in carpentry, Eamonn brings two decades of hands-on experience in both commercial and residential new builds as well as fitouts.
From 2010 to 2019, Eamonn established CLC Carpentry, operating across the commercial and residential sectors. This quickly grew to a team of 40 skilled trades, completing comprehensive fitouts and new construction for major builders in Perth. CLC Carpentry worked across schools, hospitals, apartments luxury homes, and prisons.
This journey led Eamonn to complete a Diploma of Building and Construction in 2018 as well as a Diploma in Project Management in 2020. Consequently, CLC Carpentry became CLC Building Services — a registered building company — marking a transition towards commercial projects.
Site Manager
Chris has been in the WA construction industry since he finished school, honing his expertise by leading a carpentry team for over two decades. Over the years, his contributions as a sub-contractor on numerous CLC projects made him an integral part of our team, even before he officially came onboard as our Site Manager in 2023.
Chris thrives in this hands-on role, bringing extensive experience and in-depth understanding to every project. Building strong relationships with clients and the wider CLC subcontractor network, Chris is firm favourite within our company.
Site Manager
At 74 years of age with vast enthusiasm and vigour for his work, Aldo is a well-known figure in the Perth construction industry. For many years, Aldo owned and operated Gold Constructions, a prestigious builder known for crafting luxury homes in Perth, where he collaborated closely with Eamonn.
When Aldo decided to close his business, we quickly welcomed Aldo to our team as Site Manager, harnessing his vast industry experience and knowledge. Aldo brings deep insight and leadership to each project, significantly enhancing our operational prowess and project outcomes.
Project Manager
With over two decades in senior management and leadership roles across the retail, property, and construction sectors, Morgan stands out as a seasoned professional in property development.
His strategic foresight and leadership in commercial developments has led to project success time and time again, including the expansive rollout of Aldi stores across WA. Managing this complex project from inception to completion, the Aldi project highlights Morgan’s profound skills in site analysis, land acquisition, and navigating the intricacies of lease negotiations and planning approval processes.
Our team of handpicked sub-contractors are chosen for their exceptional skills and reliability. Overseen by CLC’s Site and Project Managers, our subs are committed to timely project execution, with each member sharing our dedication to quality and efficiency.
We maintain a tight-knit crew, keeping a consistent team across projects and treating our sub-contractors as fully fledged CLC members. We foster a team environment through regular BBQs and Friday beers, which keeps morale high and projects on track, and we always pay on time. For our clients, this means partnering with a cohesive, motivated team dedicated to delivering excellence on every project.
We’re known for our efficiency, keeping holding costs as low as possible for our clients by getting projects completed fast. In fact, we guarantee your build will be completed within a 12-month timeframe, with most childcare centres being completed at the 10-month mark.
